Supported Housing Officers
Working 35 hours per week, flexibly between 8am and 6:30pm Monday to Friday-Candidate must be a car driver with access to vehicle for work.
Salary - £24,265 per annum fixed
The candidate needs to be highly motivated and have the passion, enthusiasm and commitment towards making a difference to the lives of vulnerable communities.
Our supported housing services is there to provide a dual function of housing related support and intensive housing management to service users
The role of Supported Housing Officer is to provide and promote practical and emotional support in order to assist in the development of life skills, work alongside other specialist services and enable service users to move on into independent accommodation.
We work with Bradford Council Housing Options service, utilising the referrals and allocations process to ensure that we maximise on occupancy and support vulnerable clients into our services.
