We are looking for a reliable and motivated Key Holder to join our team on a part-time basis.
As a Key Holder, you will play an important role in supporting the daily operations of the store, helping to deliver excellent customer service, and ensuring the store runs smoothly during opening and closing shifts.
Key Responsibilities:
* Open and close the store following company procedures
* Support the management team with daily store operations
* Deliver exceptional customer service and create a welcoming environment
* Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining store standards
* Handle transactions and support sales targets
* Ensure the store is clean, organised, and fully stocked
Requirements:
* Previous retail experience preferred
* Strong communication and customer service skills
* Responsible, trustworthy, and proactive attitude
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Full flexibility required
* Weekend availability is mandatory
