Duties and responsibilities of the role:
- Support pupils emotional and behavioural needs in a classroom and one-to-one setting
- Work collaboratively with teachers, SENCOs, and external professionals to support individual plans
- De-escalate challenging situations calmly and safely using behaviour management strategies
- Record and report behavioural incidents, progress, and concerns to members of staff
