About the Role
As an Engineering Instructor, you will:
- Contribute to a well-structured curriculum for the apprenticeship programme
- Deliver engaging and relevant training tailored to learners’ needs
- Inspire and support apprentices to reach their full potential
- Provide timely, constructive feedback both in sessions and through written or verbal assessments
What We’re Looking For
Ideally, you will bring:
- Hands-on experience in a Manufacturing or Engineering environment
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Confidence working with learners of all ages and abilities
- A genuine enthusiasm for sharing your expertise
- A commitment to ongoing professional development
