- Manage appointment schedules efficiently, confirming bookings and handling walk-ins as needed
- Communicate effectively with clients to build rapport and ensure satisfaction

Experience
- Previous experience in customer service is essential, with a focus on creating positive client interactions
- Skills in hair styling and barbering are highly desirable; formal training or certification is preferred but not mandatory
