We’re on the lookout for driven, enthusiastic and genuinely friendly Chef de Parties to join our team.
This is a hands-on role ideal for a Chef de Partie who thrives in a fast-paced environment. If you’re passionate about fresh food, take pride in your work, and enjoy being part of a close-knit team, you’ll fit right in.
For us, great guest experiences start in the kitchen—and that’s where you come in. You’ll be responsible for running your section, supporting the wider team, and helping deliver consistently high standards with every dish that leaves the pass.
What you’ll be doing
- Running your own section during prep and service
- Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard
- Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy services
- Maintaining excellent food hygiene and safety standards
- Ensuring your section is clean, organised and fully prepped
- Playing your part in delivering a great guest experience through quality food
Pay & Hours
- £12.71 - £13.00 per hour
- TRONC (approx. £2 per hour extra)
- Paid every 4 weeks (on a Friday)
- Flexible shift patterns between 9am – 11pm, including weekends

Ideal Candidate
- A positive, can-do attitude with the drive to learn and progress
- Experience working in a fast-paced, fresh food kitchen
- The ability to handle high-volume service with confidence
- Pride in delivering consistently high-quality dishes to spec
- Strong teamwork skills and a willingness to support those around you
- A proactive approach—someone who shows initiative and isn’t afraid to step up
- Good knowledge of food hygiene and a commitment to maintaining high standards (including 5* EHO)
- Personality and enthusiasm—you’re someone who brings good energy to the kitchen
