We currently have an exciting opportunity for an Junior IT Technician to join IT team.
Job Responsibilities
- Serving as the first point of contact for IT Support within the organisation
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining software and hardware components of the computer and network systems
- Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
- Repairing and replacing damaged computer and network components
- Supporting employees whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices.
- Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly
- Testing new hardware and software before full-scale installation
- Maintaining asset inventory
- Working in the office 5 days a week, no remote working
Must have some knowledge of:
- Setting up PCs
- Printers / Plotters
- Office 365
- Networking
- Good at diagnostics on software and hardware
- Setting up new users (AD, Office 365)
- DHCP / DNS
- Exchange Online

- WIFI Access Points / VPN / Licences servers
