About you - Essential

Significant senior management experience in care or healthcare

Proven track record managing multiple sites within the care sector

Strong knowledge of clinical governance, compliance standards, and regulatory frameworks

Commercial awareness with the ability to enhance operational performance

Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities

Full UK drivers' licence and willingness to travel as required
What you'll do

Lead and develop the operational and clinical performance across all homes, ensuring the highest standards of care and compliance

Contribute to strategic planning and provide insights to the Board on operational and clinical matters

Manage the Regional Manager and support home managers through leadership and mentorship

Drive occupancy growth, operational efficiency, and service excellence through innovative solutions

Oversee quality assurance, risk management, and regulatory compliance ensuring continuous improvement

Foster a positive and engaging culture of high performance, accountability, and professional development

Develop and implement training initiatives to support leadership and clinical competencies
