Job Title: Children’s Residental Support Worker
Location: Southport
Hours: Full-time 2 on 4 off
We are recruiting for Residental support workers to work on a 2 on 4 off basis in West Derby working with young people with EBD, trauma and challenging behaviours.
The Role
We are seeking a warm, reliable, and enthusiastic Children’s Residential support worker to join our team. You will play a key role in providing engaging experiences for children, supporting their wellbeing, and maintaining a safe, inclusive environment aligned with best practice and regulatory standards.
