We are seeking experienced HGV Drivers (Class 1 & 2) ADR and Non ADR to support our client’s logistics operations based in Soutampton
Class 1 - £19-21ph
Class 2 - £17ph
Class 1 - £18-19ph
Class 2 - £16ph
ADR qualification preferred but not essential
The position of Class 1 + 2 Day Driver and Class 1 Night Drivers involves:
Multi drop deliveries and collections within set geographical areas
Building and maintaining relationships with our customers as the face of Freightroute
Loading / unloading of vehicle, ensuring load security and positive load fit
Completing daily vehicle checks on your Company device
Keeping in regular contact with the transport team providing updates on progress aiding management of customer expectations
Maintaining the highest professional driving and legal standards
HGV Class 1 night work is trunking ONLY!
UK Class 1 + 2 – Category CE and C Driving Licence
Current DCPC Card and Digital Tachograph Driver Card
Passion for providing excellent customer service
Ability to work to deadlines
