Job Summary
Experienced floors and window technician required to join a busy technical service team.
Must be able to professionally carry out:
- Hard floor cleaning and maintenance
- Carpet cleaning
- Upholstery - deep and regular cleaning
- Jet Washing of communal areas
- Window cleaning using the reach and wash system
- Make up stores orders and deliver within Greater Manchester
- Maintain stock, machinery and chemicals
- Skills Required:
- Must be machinery trained and able to use buffing/rotary/extraction machines
- Must have knowledge on chemicals
- Be physically capable for heavy lifting
- Minimum of 2 years experience in the above.
Flexible working hours, Monday to Sunday,
Must have a full driving licence. Company vehicle & fuel card provided.
Office located in Sale, Cheshire but (extensive )travel will be required within the Greater Manchester Area.
DBS is required however ServiceMaster can provide for the successful candidate
Uniform & PPE provided
£27500k per annum plus opportunity for agreed overtime on occasion
