We are seeking a talented and motivated Chef de Partie to join the culinary team on a prestigious private estate. This is a rare opportunity to work directly alongside an experienced Head Chef in a well‑equipped, high‑quality kitchen where standards, creativity, and passion for food truly matter.
About the Role
- Work closely with the Head Chef to deliver exceptional food
- Contribute to menu development, preparation, and service across a variety of high‑end dining experiences.
- Maintain excellent standards of organisation, cleanliness, and food safety.
- Support a smooth-running kitchen with a positive, professional attitude.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in reputable, high‑quality establishments.
- A current driving licence is preferable but not a requirement; own transport is an advantage due to the rural location.
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a genuine passion for great food.
- Willingness to learn, develop new skills, and contribute to a collaborative kitchen environment.
- Enthusiasm for delivering outstanding service and maintaining high standards.

The Role
Leading a section in our kitchen, from reviewing business requirements, ordering, creating work schedules to leading from the front getting the prep ready and delivering events on site. This is a wide ranging and hugely rewarding role working with a team of dedicated professionals.
Key responsibilities
● Organising weekly work flows
● Supplier relations, product knowledge and ordering
● Training and mentoring junior team members
● Meeting delivery schedules
● Leading teams on site delivering great events
● Maintaining consistently high standards
● Working closely with senior team members on menu development
● Manage Food Safety and Health and Safety Regulations
Who We Need
● Eight years high end kitchen experience
