You will be a passionate pastry chef with a strong fresh food background, looking to develop your skills within a creative and quality-driven kitchen.
You’ll have a keen eye for detail, a love for seasonal ingredients and the drive to produce consistently excellent desserts.
As Pastry Chef de Partie you will:
- Take responsibility for your section within the pastry kitchen
- Prepare and present desserts, breads and pastries to a high standard
- Work closely with the senior team on menu development
- Maintain excellent organisation and cleanliness within your section
- Ensure all food hygiene and safety standards are adhered to
