Chef de Partie
Overview
We are looking for a serious, reliable, and hardworking Chef de Partie to join our Bakery's Kitchen team.
This role is hands-on and includes food preparation, kitchen organisation, cleaning, and supporting the team during busy service. We are looking for someone with the right attitude, strong work ethic. Previous kitchen experience is essential.
This position is not suitable for students or short-term applicants. The person must have the full right to work in the UK and be able to work part time or full-time.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist with daily kitchen preparation and mise en place
* Help prepare sandwiches, meals, and other food items to a high standard
* Keep the kitchen clean, organised, and ready for service at all times
* Support the kitchen team during busy periods
* Follow food safety and hygiene standards
* Help with stock organisation, restocking, and general kitchen duties
Requirements
* Must live locally in or very near the SW15 area
* Must have the full right to work full-time in the UK

* Previous kitchen or catering experience is essential
* Must be reliable, punctual, clean, and well-organised
* Must have a positive attitude and be able to work well as part of a team
