We are looking for an experienced and motivated Supported Living & Night Sitting Service Manager to lead a small cluster of services.

Key Responsibilities
As a Service Manager, you will:
- Lead, motivate, and support staff teams across supported living and night services
- Ensure delivery of safe, high-quality, person-centred care
- Oversee rotas, staffing, and day-to-day operations
- Manage night sitting services including waking and sleeping night support
- Complete audits (care plans, medication, finances, health & safety)
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and safeguarding standards
- Support care planning, risk assessments, and service reviews
- Build positive relationships with families, professionals, and external stakeholders
- Coach and develop staff to improve performance and outcomes
What We’re Looking For
We are looking for someone who:
✔ Has experience in a supervisory or management role in health & social care
✔ Has strong knowledge of supporting individuals with learning disabilities and complex needs
✔ Understands CQC standards, safeguarding, MCA & DoLS
✔ Is a confident communicator with strong organisational skills
✔ Is resilient, proactive, and able to manage competing priorities
✔ Is flexible and able to support with on-call and occasional out-of-hours work
✔ Holds a full UK driving licence
Desirable:
- Experience managing supported living or night services
- Level 5 Leadership qualification (or willingness to work towards)

Pay: £25,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
