Your Responsibilities
- Supporting students on a 1:1, small-group, and whole-class basis
- Helping pupils improve confidence, engagement, and academic progress
- Delivering focused intervention sessions and tailored support
- Assisting teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management
- Supporting students with additional learning or behavioural needs
- Building positive relationships that encourage student success
- Contributing to a calm, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
What We’re Looking For
- A degree (or predicted degree) in any subject area
- A genuine interest in education and supporting young people
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive, adaptable, and patient approach
- Graduates with subject specialisms are encouraged to apply
- Previous experience with young people is desirable but not essential
