Shift Pattern:
Earlies 8am - 3pm
Lates 3pm - 10pm (plus sleep over on call) £37. 81 Sleep Allowance.
Flexibility is essential for this role, including cover for sickness, holidays and short notice cover.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and deployment of Housekeeping Assistants.
Reviewing performance of staff through 1:2:1 supervision
Liaison with contracted services such gardeners and general maintenance contractors
Facilitating social event and acting as hostess at meals
Keeping accounts of payments and expenses in accordance with S.F.I.
Efficient administration in accordance with all company policies and procedures
Assisting and facilitating the re-sale of vacant apartments
Resolution of the problems of individual Seniors and to provided first aid in an emergency
Day-to-day responsibility for a particular area of work e.g. rotas, time sheets, invoices, wages.
Pay: £14.97 per hour
