We are looking for Production Machine Operatives, Multi‑Skilled Operatives and Key Operatives across our Double Day shifts to join our friendly, hardworking team at our Corby site. If you’re reliable, hands‑on and enjoy being part of a supportive workplace where no two days are the same, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Be Doing (Depending on the role)
No experience? No problem as full training is provided, but if you are skilled then even better!
Your role may include:
· Running and monitoring production machinery
· Ensuring snacks are cooked, packed and prepared to the highest standards
· Carrying out quality checks to keep our products tasting great
· Working safely and keeping your area clean and tidy
· Supporting team targets and contributing to a positive shift atmosphere
What We’re Looking For
You don’t need a background in manufacturing, just the right attitude.
We’re looking for people who:
· Enjoy working as part of a team
· Are reliable and punctual
· Have good attention to detail
· Like staying active and busy during their shift
· Are willing to learn and develop new skills
Essential Requirements:
Ability to commute:
This role requires you to work on site at our Corby site (NN17 4AP) and being able to easily commute.
Language:
English (required) — including the ability to speak, read and write English to a level necessary for safety and documentation
Work authorisation:
Right to Work in the UK (Required)
