Belgrave Cosmetics is growing and client demand is outpacing our current capacity. We are looking for experienced aesthetic practitioners to join our team and deliver high-end treatments to a busy, well-managed diary.
This is an ideal next move for an established, clinic-trained practitioner ready for a new venture, with the security of a base hourly rate plus the upside of commission and performance bonuses.
This is not an entry-level or newly qualified position. You must already be very experienced, with a strong background in the aesthetic industry and relevant training and certificates.

Our services include body sculpting (fat freezing, cavitation, radio frequency skin tightening), advanced facials, laser hair removal, HIFU, and bespoke packages, all delivered with premium client care and uncompromising standards.

The opportunity
You will deliver a range of advanced aesthetic treatments to a steady flow of clients. You focus on the treatment floor and the client experience; we handle the marketing, bookings, and diary management.
The better your results, the more you earn through commission and performance bonuses on top of your base hourly rate.
Two ways to join us:
- Employed: A base hourly rate from £15.00 to £20.00 per hour (depending on experience), plus treatment commission and performance bonuses. We provide the clients, equipment, training, and a managed diary.
- Self-employed: Prefer to stay self-employed? Come on board and we will fill your calendar and provide the clients, with an hourly rate agreed based on your experience, plus commission and bonus incentives.
Treatments you will deliver
Depending on your training and experience:
- Laser hair removal
- Body sculpting: fat freezing (cryolipolysis), cavitation, and radio frequency skin tightening
- HIFU (High-Intensity Focused Ultrasound)
- Advanced facials, including HydraFacial and HydrO2Facial
- Bespoke treatment packages tailored to client goals
Requirements — Essential
- Substantial, proven hands-on experience in the aesthetic industry (this is a senior, experienced-practitioner role)
- A solid track record working in an aesthetic clinic or salon environment
- Relevant, up-to-date qualifications and certificates for the treatments you perform (beauty therapy, aesthetics, or laser; Level 3/4 or equivalent, plus recognised treatment-specific certification)
- Ideally already trained and experienced in one or more of our listed treatments: laser hair removal, body sculpting/fat freezing, HIFU, or advanced facials
- A genuine client-first mindset, strong attention to detail, and professional communication
- Reliability, excellent timekeeping, and high standards of hygiene and presentation
Requirements — Desirable
- Trained across multiple treatment areas (laser, body sculpting, HIFU, and advanced facials)
- Experience with HydraFacial or HydrO2Facial systems
- A track record of strong client rebooking and retention
- Familiarity with clinic software and booking systems
Not trained in every treatment? That is fine
You must already be experienced in the aesthetic industry with relevant certificates, but you do not need to be trained in every treatment to apply.
If you are strong in some areas and new to others, we provide fully funded training in our advanced, in-demand treatments so you can broaden your skill set and increase your earning potential with us.
