Job Summary
We are looking for a reliable and motivated Delivery Driver to join our team. While your primary responsibility will be transporting frozen goods from our warehouse in West London to various customer locations, you may also be asked to assist with other company driving tasks such as supplier pickups, inter-branch transfers, and urgent deliveries. This role also involves working inside our freezer warehouse to assemble orders, so you must be comfortable with both driving and hands-on warehouse duties.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate a delivery vehicle, following all traffic laws and regulations.
- Assemble products accurately according to customer orders inside the warehouse (freezer environment).
- Load and unload goods, including heavy lifting as required.
- Complete other company driving duties as needed, such as collecting supplies, transferring stock between sites, or delivering non-frozen goods.
- Communicate effectively with warehouse staff and customers to coordinate deliveries.
- Maintain accurate delivery records and note any issues encountered during transport.
- Perform basic vehicle checks to ensure it is in safe working condition.
- Assist with general warehouse tasks when not on deliveries, including stock sorting and organisation.
- Provide excellent customer service, addressing any queries or concerns professionally.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a delivery driver or in a similar role preferred.
- Valid UK driving licence with a clean record; commercial driving experience is an advantage.
- Physically fit and able to perform heavy lifting.
- Strong communication skills for interacting with customers and colleagues.
- Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus.
- Flexible and willing to take on varied driving duties as business needs require.
- Proactive approach to safety, punctuality, and company policy compliance.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £13.00-£14.50 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
