Job Overview
We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Mobile HGV Trailer Technician to join our growing team based in Walsall. This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled technician looking for a well-paid, Monday-to-Friday role with no weekend work.
Working in a mobile capacity, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing HGV trailers at customer sites, ensuring all work is completed safely and to a high standard.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out servicing, maintenance, and repairs on a range of HGV trailers
- Diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently
- Conduct routine inspections and safety checks
- Respond to breakdowns when required
- Ensure all work complies with health & safety regulations
- Complete job reports and paperwork accurately
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HGV or Trailer Technician
- Strong mechanical and diagnostic skills
- Ability to work independently in a mobile role
- Full UK Driving Licence (essential)
- Good communication and customer service skills
