An exciting opportunity has arisen to lead and manage our Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT) service, alongside our Family Therapy and Art Therapy teams. In this role, you will drive high-quality outcomes for the individuals who use our services and their carers.
You will achieve this through strong partnership working, clear strategic leadership, and by aligning with our Trust’s clinical strategy, while actively incorporating feedback from service users.
The successful candidate will bring significant experience in the provision of all aspects of Dialectical Behaviour Therapy (DBT), including the delivery of structured DBT interventions and experience in managing and leading Mental Health service.

Have overall continuous management of the services, responsible for the coordination of roles, responsibilities and resources within the services
Establish and embed a senior leadership team functions for the services.
Responsible for developing and implementing strategies that promote an environment of involvement and recovery.
Ensure that the agenda of social inclusion is reflected in interventions offered and implemented.
Responsible for the development of high quality services
Lead & motivate staff to provide a pro-active and responsive high-quality services, contributing to ongoing audit and evaluation.
Ensure that the necessary systems & protocols for the delivery of a safe & supportive services are in place, understood & adhered to throughout the services.
Ensure that effective communications systems are established, maintained and monitored regularly within the services & between the Teams & other services/agencies/partners.
