The Senior Sales Negotiator will be responsible for managing negotiations, securing deals, and fostering long-term client relationships to support the company's strategic objectives.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage sales negotiations with prospective and existing clients to secure favourable terms.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Prepare detailed proposals, contracts, and documentation to facilitate smooth transaction processes.
- Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, legal, and finance to ensure alignment and compliance during negotiations.
- Analyse market trends and competitor activity to identify new business opportunities.
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior sales staff, sharing expertise in negotiation techniques.
- Maintain accurate records of all negotiations, client interactions, and sales activities using organisational tools.
- Attend industry events and networking opportunities to promote the company’s services and expand the client base.
Skills
- Proven experience in sales negotiation or a similar role within a professional environment.
- Strong administrative experience with excellent organisational skills to manage multiple accounts efficiently.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, capable of engaging diverse audiences effectively.
- Multilingual abilities are highly desirable to facilitate communication with international clients.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and professionalism at all times.
- Proficiency in organisational tools such as CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other relevant platforms.
