CER Education Recruitment (part of the Affiniry Workforce Solutions Group) are a leading Education Recruitment provider specialising in temporary staffing for Primary, Secondary and Special Educational Needs schools. We have an exciting opportunity to add to our high-performing team, specialising in SEN Recruitment. You will join a small but exciting team, with fantastic collaborative links with wider regional teams in Darlington and Newcastle. CER have a fantastic reputation, coupled with great market-presence, which will allow the successful applicant to have the opportunity to really grow and develop with the business.
We are therefore seeking an ambitious, and pro-active individual to further increase our market-share and to continue our first-class delivery of specialist Educators and Support Staff to support schools in York and surrounding areas. This is a hugely exciting opportunity for an ambitious; results-driven and customer-focused individual to join our expanding team!

£30,000 - £34,500 per annum (DOE)
- Uncapped Commission (in addition to base salary)
- Working Hours: 07:15 - 17:15 (Term Time only) and significantly reduced hours during the school holidays.

Role responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for education-based roles.

Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.

Proactively engage in business development activities to establish new partnerships with schools and educational institutions.

Identify and attract high-quality candidates for education positions through various sourcing methods.

Develop and maintain strong business relationships through both face-to-face and remote interactions.

Demonstrate a high level of motivation and take ownership of your desk, treating it as your own mini business.

Ideally someone who has a track-record in client engagement and retention.

The ability to drive new business development and demonstrate sales ability.
