A leading utilities and civil engineering contractor is currently seeking a Site Supervisor to join their growing operations team, overseeing clean water and wastewater projects across Northern Ireland.
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Supervisor or someone ready to step up from a Senior Operative, Ganger, or Lead Hand role to join a company with a strong reputation in the utilities sector and genuine opportunities for progression.
The role will be split approximately 60% site-based and 40% office/admin, so you’ll need to be comfortable managing site operations while also handling paperwork, reporting, and programme coordination.
The Role:
You’ll be supervising teams carrying out works across water and wastewater infrastructure projects including:
- Sewer repairs and installations
- Wastewater and clean water maintenance works
- Manhole construction and repairs
- Pumping station and drainage works
- Reactive and planned utility projects
- Site coordination and health & safety compliance
- Liaising with operatives, subcontractors, and management teams
- Completing site paperwork, reports, and programme updates
What We’re Looking For:
- Experience within water, wastewater, sewage, drainage, or utilities projects
- Previous supervisory experience OR someone looking to step into a Supervisor role
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Ability to manage teams and keep projects moving to programme
- Good understanding of health & safety on civils/utilities sites
- Full driving licence
