Trainee Dental Nurse/ Qualified dental nurse - Pay is based on experience/ qualification/ additional qualification.
Unexperienced candidates can apply and we can register you towards training and getting qualified as a registered dental nurse with the General Dental Council.
The job is for a qualified dental nurse with previous dental experience, who can enjoy a busy day assisting dentists and restoring smiles back on patients.
The job role involves but not limited to the following
1. Assisting the dentist whilst treating patients.
2. Preparing the surgery before the patient is being treated
3. Cleaning and preparing the surgery after each patient
4. Cleaning and disinfecting instruments in the decontamination room
5. Maintaining stock in the practice and surgery
6. Reception duties - booking patients, taking payments and maintaining appointment diary
7. Interacting with patients and helping them during their dental visits
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: £8.00-£14.50 per hour
Experience:
- Dental assisting: 1 year (preferred)
Licence/Certification:
- GDC Registration (preferred)
