Salary range £33,149.00 - £36,363.00 for 39 hours plus Sleep-in shift payment of £68.25 per night which equates to £3,276 for 1 per week over 48 weeks. 42 hour contracts also available.
Appletree Treatment Centre is a 52-week specialist therapeutic centre with education for children aged 6-12 who have suffered trauma, abuse and neglect. We are proud to remain an independent, family company.
We are looking Team Leaders for both Fell House in Grange over Sands and Appletree House, Natland, Kendal. Internal and external applicants are invited to apply.
You must have relevant experience, NVQ3 in Residential Childcare or equivalent and have:
- A good knowledge of therapeutic care
- Experience of planning activities for children and adults
- Good communication skills
- Practical administration skills
- Experience of leading supervisions
- Ability to plan for large groups and longer periods of time
- A willingness to learn and build their knowledge and experience
- A full UK driving licence
This position is 39 or 42 hours per week on a rota to include weekends and evenings. Sleep in's are available.
