Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively in English. As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards in various settings, ensuring a welcoming environment for all.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning tasks in designated areas, including offices, restrooms, and communal spaces.
- Ensure that all surfaces are cleaned to a high standard, including dusting, vacuuming, and mopping.
- Dispose of waste materials appropriately and ensure recycling procedures are followed.
- Maintain cleaning equipment and supplies, reporting any shortages or maintenance needs.
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members to address any specific cleaning requests or concerns.
- Drive to various locations as required, ensuring timely arrival for scheduled cleaning tasks.
Requirements
- Proven experience in a cleaning role is preferred but not essential.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to interact positively with clients.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written, to facilitate effective communication.
- A valid driver's licence is advantageous for travel between locations.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
