HR Advisor
Horsham | Full Time | Permanent | £35,000
Please note this role is fully office based. Occasional travel required to other sites.
We are looking for an experienced HR Advisor to join our award winning multi site client who is looking to secure a new HR team member.
Working within an established HR team, this role will be varied and generalist in nature and will be working closely with Line Managers advising on a variety of HR related matters.
This role would suit a dynamic HR Advisor who is looking for their next career move.
Candidate Requirements:
- CIPD Level 5 qualified
- Experience with advising managers and ER casework
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive and positive approach
- Good systems and reporting experience.
