- Uncapped quarterly bonus - The scheme is realistic, achievable, and the current Paraplanning team are consistently hitting their targets and earning bonus.
- 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays

The Role
As a Paraplanner, you'll provide high-quality technical support to Financial Advisers, helping deliver tailored financial planning solutions to clients. You'll be involved in researching, analysing and preparing suitability reports while working closely with Advisers and Client Support teams to ensure a seamless client journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Preparing detailed, compliant suitability reports
- Conducting research across pensions, investments and protection
- Supporting complex financial planning cases including tax planning and cashflow modelling
- Producing technical illustrations and provider comparisons
- Ensuring all recommendations meet regulatory standards
- Working collaboratively to progress new business and client reviews efficiently
- Maintaining accurate client records and documentation
- Keeping up to date with industry legislation and market developments
About You
We're looking for someone who enjoys the technical side of financial planning and takes pride in producing high-quality work.
You'll ideally have:
- Previous Paraplanning experience (St. James's Place experience highly desirable)
- Level 4 Diploma qualified (or working towards it)
- Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments and financial planning
- Experience using research tools such as Voyant, Analytics or similar
- Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
- A proactive, team-focused approach with excellent communication skills
