Role Overview
A Vehicle Sealer is responsible for applying sealants to vehicle bodies during the manufacturing or repair process to ensure water‑tightness, corrosion protection, and long‑term durability. The role requires precision, consistency, and an understanding of automotive production standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Sealant Application — Apply sealants to joints, seams, panels, and structural areas using manual or automated tools.
- Surface Preparation — Clean, mask, and prepare surfaces to ensure proper adhesion and finish.
- Quality Inspection — Inspect sealed areas for coverage, thickness, accuracy, and defects, correcting issues as needed.
- Process Compliance — Follow OEM specifications, work instructions, and safety standards.
- Collaboration — Work closely with paint, body, and assembly teams to maintain workflow and quality.

Experience & Qualifications
- Automotive Manufacturing Experience preferred but not essential.
- Experience with sealant guns, adhesives, or body repair is advantageous.
Physical Requirements
- Standing for long periods and working in repetitive‑task environments.

- Fast‑paced automotive production line.
- Exposure to sealants, adhesives, and curing equipment (with PPE provided).
Pay: £14.92-£16.00 per hour
