We are looking to recruit a Despatch Operative to join our existing team at our Loughborough facility. The role involves preparing, packing, and despatching goods to ensure that all orders are delivered accurately and on time.
What we offer for the position of Despatch Operative:
- £13 - £14ph Depending on skill level and experience.
- Monthly Productivity Bonus
- 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays.
- Day shift (37 hours): Mon to Thurs 07:45am-16:30 with lunch break between 12:30pm-13:00, finishing Friday at 11:45am.
- Overtime availability.
- Permanent contract of employment.

The role of Despatch Operative includes:
- Pick, pack, and prepare items for shipment.
- Check goods against delivery notes and customer orders.
- Ensure packaging meets company and customer standards.
- Load and unload vehicles safely and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organised despatch area.
Requirements for the role:
- Previous experience in despatch, warehouse, or logistics environment (preferred).
- Good attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Reliable and a strong team player.
- Health, safety and environment compliance.
