Join a Growing, Professional Home Care Team with a Structured Rota
At Walfinch Home Care Newcastle, we believe care should help people thrive, not just survive.
We help people stay safe, well, active, and independent in their own homes. We do not just focus on tasks. We focus on helping people keep living the life that matters to them.
That might mean personal care. It might mean support with meals or medication. It might also mean helping someone get out into the community, keep moving, enjoy their routine, and feel like themselves.
Why join Walfinch Newcastle?
We do care differently.
At Walfinch, we believe great care is about more than getting through the day. It is about helping people stay independent, connected, confident, and active in the ways that matter to them. Walfinch describes this as “Time to Thrive” and builds its care around an active lifestyle and person-led support.
When you join us, you will be part of a team that cares about doing things properly. We plan ahead. We support our staff. We want carers who are kind, reliable, and proud of the difference they make.
Please note: This position has a "genuine occupational requirement" under the Sex Discrimination Act 1975; therefore, only female applicants can be considered.
