Care Worker - Greenwich

What Will You Be Doing?
Our Care Workers work within the Greenwich and surrounding community, enabling our service users to live independently in their own homes. Typical support can include:
- Personal care and hygiene
- Food preparation
- Administering medication
- Shopping and collecting prescriptions
- Light housework and other domestic chores
- Companionship and social support
- Enabling and supporting
- Confidence building
Who Are We Looking For?
You need to be calm, patient, hard-working, reliable, and resourceful, with an ability to always maintain professionalism, think on your feet, and stay calm in stressful situations. Above all, you must be committed to improving the quality of life for vulnerable people.
This role is ideal if you have experience caring for a relative or other vulnerable people and are looking for a new and rewarding way to put these skills to good use. You must be local to commute to Tooting, Balham and surrounding areas and be familiar with all locations.

Annually we deliver over 2 million hours of vital care services, including the local area of Greenwich supporting our service users with daily tasks such as meal preparation and personal care, domestic services, and companionship, to allow them to live independently and remain in their own homes.
We offer flexible working hours but have particularly high demand during the following times:
- Weekday mornings and lunch 7am – 3pam
- Weekday Evenings 4pm - 10pm
- Weekends all hours
