Administrator - Guildford (Triage & Information Team)

- 36 hours per week, Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00pm
The role of Administrator:
- Inputting and processing referrals accurately and efficiently
- Working through referral backlogs and ensuring timely support for carers across Surrey
The ideal Administrator:
- Strong administrative and data-entry skills with excellent attention to detail
- Confident speaking professionally and empathetically on the telephone
- Experienced managing high volumes of information and competing priorities
- Organised, efficient, and able to quickly learn new processes
- Experience in charity, health, social care, or similar environment advantageous
Based at Astolat, Burpham, Guildford, supporting the Triage and Information Team during increased demand.
