We are looking for a full time Chef de Partie to join our team of chefs working at the RHS Garden Hyde Hall, predominantly catering for a lunch time service using produce from our own garden you will be responsible for supporting our charitable purpose and ensuring our guests and visitors enjoy a first-class catering experience
Overview of the Role: We are looking to recruit a Senior Chef de Partie to join our friendly team of chefs working predominantly for a daytime service, with no split shifts and few evenings, As Senior Chef de Partie you will be accountable for producing a diverse menu delivered to the highest standard, using produce from our own garden. Our outlets include Gardeners Rest Restaurant and the Clover Café; the role requires availability at weekends and bank holidays. You must have excellent communication and organisational skills be able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment. Must have own transport. A strong knowledge of food safety and handling as well as HACCP is essential.
