About the Role
You will be the face of the practice, playing a key role in shaping the patient experience from the moment they walk in. You’ll be part of a team that works together smoothly, supports each other, and keeps the day running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming patients and creating a calm, positive first impression
- Managing appointment diaries and booking systems
- Handling phone calls, emails and patient enquiries
- Processing payments and maintaining accurate patient records
- Supporting clinicians and the wider team with administration
- Helping keep the practice running smoothly and efficiently
What We’re Looking For
- A confident and approachable personality with great communication skills
- Someone who enjoys working with people and takes pride in good service
- Organised, reliable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Previous reception or customer service experience is helpful but not essential
- A team player who brings a positive attitude to the workplace
