COMPLIANCE MANAGER – MD Group
Would you like the opportunity to join our team here at MD Group? As Compliance Manager, you’ll be responsible for developing and managing a team. You’ll be responsible for growing our offering within the Social Housing sector. You’ll deliver on response and planned programmes to budget whilst providing technical support and advice to the clients and customers alike.
The ideal Candidate will have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong IT skills with a good knowledge of Microsoft 365 programs
- Experience in all Compliance Services but core competence in Gas and Electrical Services
- Knowledge or experience of the Social Housing sector
- Ensure company compliance and regulatory standards are being maintained.
- Provide performance feedback to the Operations Manager
- Assist with the recruitment, onboarding, and assessment of new tradespeople
- Deal directly with customers to deliver Response and Planned Services
- Ensure customers receive the high levels of service.
- Gather informal customer feedback.
- Help to resolve customer complaints.
About You
You’ll have a minimum of 5 years’ experience and extensive qualifications in Compliance Services. You’ll have experience working in both domestic and commercial properties and will be up to date with all gas, electrical and various compliance regulations. You’ll also have relevant H&S training and experience of completing RAMS.
You’ll need to be well organised and can deal with multiple situations happening concurrently. You’ll be able to plan your time effectively and reliably deliver rather than over-promising.
You’ll have a full, clean UK driving licence and you’ll be prepared to drive to jobs requiring special attention wherever they are over the South West.
We expect you to have excellent communication skills and be used to working as part of multi-disciplined team. You’ll be able to share your knowledge and experience to help develop the skills of your team members. You’ll also have experience in helping to develop customer relationships.
