Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items, ensuring that all dishes meet the restaurant's quality standards.
- Follow recipes and presentation specifications to maintain consistency in meal preparation.
- Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
- Assist in the preparation of ingredients and maintain an organised kitchen environment.
- Monitor cooking times and temperatures to ensure optimal flavour and texture of dishes.
- Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure efficient service during peak hours.
- Maintain cleanliness of the grill area and kitchen equipment, adhering to health and safety guidelines.
- Help train new kitchen staff on cooking techniques and food safety practices as needed.

- Strong knowledge of kitchen operations and culinary techniques, particularly in grilling methods.
- Familiarity with food safety regulations and best practices in meal preparation.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
