Job Summary
We are seeking skilled HP Water Jetting Operatives to join our dynamic team. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating high-pressure water jetting equipment to clean and maintain industrial and infrastructure assets. This role requires a strong mechanical aptitude, safety awareness, and the ability to work in challenging environments. Applicants will be involved in various site activities, ensuring the efficient and safe completion of projects while adhering to health and safety regulations.
Responsibilities
- Operate high-pressure water jetting machinery to remove debris, scale, and other build-up from surfaces and structures.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to identify potential faults or safety concerns.
- Apply mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting and resolving operational issues promptly.
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment, adhering to health and safety standards at all times.
- Follow all site-specific safety procedures, including the use of personal protective equipment (PPE).
Experience
- Mechanical knowledge with an understanding of industrial equipment maintenance is preferred.
- Prior exposure to high-pressure water jetting or similar cleaning methods will be considered an asset.
- Candidates should demonstrate a proactive attitude towards safety, teamwork, and continuous learning in a demanding environment.
Pay: £14.00-£28.00 per hour
