The Role:
You’ll handle a broad range of Commercial Property matters while working closely with an experienced and supportive team. The caseload includes:
- Commercial leases for industrial units, offices, retail premises, and restaurants
- Acting for both landlords and tenants
- Freehold and leasehold acquisitions and disposals
- Commercial re-financing and re-mortgage matters
- Development work and option agreements
- General commercial property transactions and advisory work
The role offers a strong level of autonomy alongside the support of a collaborative team environment. You’ll also have the opportunity to play a key role in business development and building long-term client relationships.
What We’re Looking For:
- Qualified Solicitor, CILEX, or experienced Commercial Property Fee Earner with a minimum of 2 years experience
- Strong technical Commercial Property experience across a broad caseload
- Commercially aware with excellent client relationship skills
- Ability to manage complex matters independently
- Organised, proactive, and collaborative approach
- Interest in contributing to team growth and business development
- Strong communication and client care skills
