About Comodo Living
Comodo Living is a growing luxury bed manufacturer with its own production facility in Horbury.
We have a steady flow of daily orders and are looking for a reliable office-based team member to help manage customer communication and keep the order process running smoothly.
This is a long-term, stable role in a friendly and well-organised working environment.
The Role
This is a varied office role combining customer service, sales support and administration.
You will be:
- Handling customer enquiries by phone, email and live chat
- Processing orders and updating internal systems
- Liaising with production and the delivery team
- Helping customers with product choices and specifications
- Providing after-sales updates and support
- Preparing paperwork for deliveries and production
You will be working as part of a small, fast-moving team where organisation and communication are key.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in admin, customer service or a sales support role
- Confident and professional on the phone and by email
- Well organised with good attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Positive, reliable and able to manage a busy workload
- A team player with a proactive attitude
Experience in furniture, interiors, retail or manufacturing is helpful but not essential.
Pay and Benefits
- £12.71 – £13.00 per hour depending on experience
