Mezcalito Chelsea is looking for a passionate and energetic Bartender to join our team. We’re a vibrant agave bar and restaurant focused on great cocktails, excellent service, and creating memorable guest experiences.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous bartending experience preferred
- Friendly, confident, and reliable personality
- Passion for cocktails, tequila & mezcal
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
What You’ll Do
- Prepare and serve cocktails, spirits, wine, and beer
- Deliver excellent customer service
- Maintain cleanliness and organisation behind the bar
- Help create a fun and welcoming atmosphere
- Work closely with the floor and kitchen teams
Pay & Benefits
- £12.71 per hour + tronc distribution system
- Average earnings of £14–£15 per hour including tronc
