LCV Technician:
We are currently expanding our business and seeking a talented Light Commercial Vehicle Technician. This role offers excellent training, genuine career progression, and the chance to work with cutting-edge automotive technology.
As one of our LCV Technicians, you will be:
- Performing diagnostics, repairs and servicing LCVs to the highest standards.
- Perform routine vehicle servicing, safety checks, and use diagnostic equipment to identify and resolve mechanical issues, ensuring all vehicles are road-ready.
- Work both independently and as part of a team to meet DVSA and company health & safety standards, handling vehicles carefully and maintaining safe workshop and customer site practices.
- Complete all assigned work as directed by leadership (e.g., supervisor or manager), ensuring accurate documentation and full compliance with safety regulations.
Are you the right fit for this position?
Here's what we're looking for:
- Qualified LCV Technician (NVQ level 3 or equivalent)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in the automotive industry (preferably at Toyota and/or Lexus, but not essential)
- MOT Tester qualification (preferred)
- Confident communicator, adept at interacting with various individuals
- Quick learner, able to pick up specific skills and techniques swiftly.
- Passionate about the automotive industry and eager to work for the world's largest automotive manufacturer.
- Process-driven and comfortable with technical skills
- Organized and efficient in the workplace
