Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager to lead and oversee the daily operations of our amazing growing country restaurant/pub. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership qualities, exceptional organisational skills, and a proven track record in management within hospitality environments. Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and supervise a diverse team to achieve organisational goals and maintain high performance standards.
- Develop and implement staff training and enhance customer experience.
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Manage budgets, and ordering processes.
- Foster a positive organisational culture centred on teamwork, professionalism, and continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure seamless communication and operational flow.
- Conduct regular staff training sessions to develop skills in management and customer service.
- Organise schedules, manage administrative tasks efficiently, and ensure timely completion of projects.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
Skills
- Proven management experience with a focus on supervising teams within retail or sales environments.
- Strong leadership qualities with the ability to inspire and guide teams towards achieving organisational objectives.
