As a Pizzaiolo, you’re at the heart of the kitchen owning your section, mastering the process, and delivering consistency, quality, and pace in every service.
You’ll work as part of one team, keeping the kitchen sharp, focused, and full of energy.
As a Pizzaiolo you will:
- Craft high-quality Neapolitan-style pizzas using biga fermentation with precision and consistency
- Take pride in dough preparation, stretching, topping, and baking to the highest standard
- Work with pace and control during high-volume service
- Maintain a clean, organised, and disciplined section
- Support the wider kitchen team, stepping in where needed to keep service flowing
