Earnings & Commission
We offer a transparent and rewarding structure:
- 50/50 commission split on all banked cases from 24 Wealth provided leads
- 70/30 split in your favour on any self-generated business
- Uncapped earning potential — the more you bank, the more you earn
- Annual bonuses once thresholds are met
About You
You will be an experienced Mortgage Adviser who:
- Holds CeMAP or equivalent qualifications
- Has a proven track record of providing high-quality mortgage advice
- Is confident managing client relationships from initial enquiry through to completion
- Wants the freedom and rewards that self-employment can offer
- Is self-motivated, professional, and committed to delivering excellent client outcomes
- Has ambitions to grow their own client bank and personal income
- Is ideally located within Sussex, Hampshire, or Surrey, although strong candidates from other locations will also be considered
