Position: Training Specialist
Location: Remote with travel required for meetings, 1:1's and events
Salary: Up to £36,000

Working as part of the Learning team, you will design, deliver and continuously improve innovative learning solutions that support professional growth, leadership development and teaching excellence. From creating engaging induction programmes and CPD initiatives to delivering specialist qualifications and coaching colleagues, you'll have a direct impact on individual performance and organisational success.

You'll work collaboratively with stakeholders across the business to identify development needs, build capability and foster a culture where continuous learning, growth and innovation are at the heart of everything we do.
Key activities in this role:
Design and deliver engaging blended learning programmes.
Support the implementation of Knovia's Learning & Development strategy.
Analyse learning needs and skills gaps.
Develop and deliver AET, CET and CAVA programmes.
Create learning resources, schemes of work and training plans.
Lead trainee personal tutor development programmes.
Deliver impactful induction experiences.
Provide coaching and mentoring.
Monitor learning effectiveness and training impact.
Promote a culture of continuous professional development.
What we need from you:
Minimum Level 4 qualification in Teaching or Training
GCSE English and Maths (or equivalent)
Level 3 Assessor qualification (CAVA or equivalent), or willingness to work towards
Experience designing and delivering innovative learning solutions
Strong facilitation skills for virtual and face-to-face learning
Experience creating digital learning resources and CPD materials
Knowledge of AET, CET and CAVA delivery
Excellent communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills
Creative, organised and passionate about helping others succeed
