Hair Colour Studio in King's Cross is a boutique independent salon specialising in natural-looking hair colour.
We are looking for an experienced Hair Stylist / Colour Specialist to join our small, friendly team.
We believe building genuine Stylist-Client relationships are essential when working in a small independent salon . This post would suit a candidate that is motivated, positive and friendly - naturally connects with people, making them feel comfortable and welcome from the outset.
Understanding that retention is key to growing a successful column.
You will work with clients who value soft, natural results and a personalised one-to-one service in a calm yet fun environment and a carefully curated decor.
About You
You are:
- Experienced (minimum 5 years)
- Confident in advanced colour work and corrective services
- Strong in cutting and finishing
- Experience in keratin treatments
- Skilled in consultations and aftercare advice
- Focused on client retention and long-term relationships
- Comfortable working in a small team without juniors
- Well-presented and professional
- Naturally warm, positive, and able to build genuine connections with clients
- Social media kowledge.
