Job Title: Parts Supervisor

Salary: £36k to £45k (depending on experience) + overtime potential
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Parts Supervisor to take ownership of a standalone role within a busy and fast-paced environment. This is a hands-on position that requires strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage your own workload effectively.
The Role
As Parts Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day running of the parts function, ensuring stock is managed efficiently, orders are processed accurately, and internal/external customer needs are met in a timely manner. This is a standalone position, meaning you will be trusted to run the department independently.
Working Hours
- Monday to Friday: 7:30am – 5:30pm
- Plus 3 Saturday mornings per month
- Overtime available – significant earning potential for those willing to commit
Please note: This role is demanding and not suited to everyone, but it offers strong earning potential for the right person, particularly through overtime opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
- Previous experience in a parts, warehouse, or supervisory role (preferred)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take responsibility for the function
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail
- A proactive and reliable approach to work
